Obesity and Americans are inter related and I went to New York this year to attend an international business conference and was shocked to see How Many Americans Are Obese and very fat. I have not seen persons who are so fat and I was the odd man out as most of the Americans Are Obese and huge. I was very slim and every one looked at me differently and I had the same impression about the American audience. I was chatting with My American friend who was one of the key note speakers in the international conference about the reasons fro obesity. He told me that the life style is one of the major reasons for the obesity and nearly about 90 percent of the Americans Are Obese was the statistic given by him. I was really shocked to hear this and he continued that the obesity starts from the child hood age with children addicted to games and never do physical work and sit before the television or the computers and play games. Another major reason to state that the number of obese Americans are the junk food that they have as a habit and recently a lot of protests were held in America to reduce the junk food for the better health of the Americans. How Many Americans Are Obese as they eat pizza, burger and various sort of junk food that is easily available and the main root cause of all the obesity is the laziness of the Americans. How Many Americans Are Obese as they want every thing in their houses sitting in front of the television sets and they order the pizzas and other junk food from their houses and consume the junk food on a regular basis which is the major reason for the obesity. The life style of the people must be changed to reduce the obesity. I had an overall view about the obesity problem existing in the United States and was happy to see the President Barack Obama to be lean. How Many Americans Are overweight and are economically sound but the recent global economic crisis have shook America and there was a lot of unemployment and the Americans stood in large queue to get the free meal sponsored by the American government to its citizens. Every thing is changing and the American economy is also changing along with it the life style of the people will also change and the problem of obesity will be resolved in the near future.
